Most of us have been taught money is one of the things that you just do not talk about. There can be a sense of anxiety, judgment and vulnerability when it comes to talking about personal finances because money can be deeply intertwined with ego, identity, beliefs, and sense of self-worth.

It can be difficult to start being open to conversations about money, but when we are, we put ourselves in a position to be better informed about financial matters and to share those skills with our friends and family.
