About: Karen has been a practicing real estate attorney in New Hampshire for over 30 years. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University in New Jersey, her home state, and her Juris Doctorate from Marshall-Wythe School of Law at William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. She currently works for Tate & Foss Sotheby’s International Realty as in-house counsel and sales associate.

As a longtime resident of Portsmouth with three children in the Portsmouth public school system, she is passionate about being engaged in and supporting the community. For over 10 years Karen led the non-profit, Project Safety Association, (PSA). PSA provided substance abuse prevention education to students and parents on the Seacoast and became a leader in youth prevention and safety programming in the community. Karen’s commitment to youth education makes her work with Morgan Franklin a perfect fit. Karen is excited to be part of Morgan Franklin Fellowship Foundation and its various partners.
