MFF Celebrates Financial Literacy Month in April

By: Tori Berube, MFF Director of Marketing and Outreach

For two decades, the United States celebrates Financial Literacy Month during the month of April.  The effort, designed to “raise awareness about the importance of financial literacy and the need for effective financial education” brings together entities from the nonprofit, for profit and government sectors to educate people of all ages and backgrounds on how to create and maintain healthy financial habits.

At Morgan Franklin Fellowship, we have celebrated this important initiative by posting helpful tips and articles on our various social media platforms, sharing relevant content through our blogs, and hosting two webinars, “Back to Basics: Improving Your Financial Capability” and “Breaking the Social Norm: Talking with Friends About Money.” Watch for recordings of these webinars soon!
